At Beyçelik Gestamp Technology and Tool Plant, customer oriented processes and quality-cost-delivery based productions are carried out according to ISO 9001 Quality Management System.

Incoming quality control is applied for standard equipment, 2D-3D processed steels and casting materials. Furthermore, verification of the sheet metals is provided through the tensile testing machine

Within the scope of the laboratory, 3D measurement and verification of Dies, fixtures and steels are performed. As equipment, DEA ALPHA CMM (3D measurement), ATOS 5 (High Speed 3D Scanning System / Reverse Engineering) and hardness testing device are used.

The final inspection is applied for all parts shipped to the customer and the evaluation is provided in the eyes of the customer.
